My Son Ray is a triplex. You may rent the first floor with 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 or just the upstairs with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 or if you may rent both units and have 5 bedrooms and sleep 14

- Location: 2nd Avenue and 14th Street
Easy walk to Tybrisa Street, The Pier (16th Street), front beach and nearby restaurants, pubs, shopping or the back river. - Recently renovated with comfortable upgrades and quaint beach decor.
- Entire living area is ground level with absolutely no steps. Especially convenient for baby strollers and grandparents.
- Large screened porch spans the front of the house and has picnic table on one end and seating on other.
- Pet friendly, too, with large fenced backyard dotted with native palm trees complete with wooden picnic table and charcoal grill.
- Perfectly appointed kitchen with all you need to prepare anything from a beach picnic lunch to a Low Country Boil. All utensils and cookware provided.
- You may add the 2nd Floor Unit if you need more bedrooms: My Beach Time (see property details page for My Beach Time for more info and to book that one)
- 2 bedrooms each with queen

- Start up soap supplies and tissue provided. We have a grocery store on the island if you need to replenish.
- All linens and towels provided. Beach cart provided but bring your favorite beach chair.

- Parking for 3 cars total - one for upstairs unit and two for downstairs unit in your driveway right in front of your house.
- Brush the sand off of your feet at the back door sand room and grab a cool drink at your bar before entering your outdoor shower - perfectly private!
- Washer and Dryer on the back porch.
- Late night lounging in the comfortable living room with flat screen hanging TV and futon which sleeps 2.
- Non smoking Pet friendly
